Chicken Republic to expand across W/Africa
In promoting its relevance in the fast food industry in Africa, the management of Chicken Republic, a leading QSR brand, has concluded plans to expand its operations to other West African Countries. This, according to a statement released by the company, was part of efforts to drive its growth and productivity strategy.
The statement signed by the Head, Marketing &PR, Susan Rotimi, quoted the Chief Executive Officer, Mr. David Butler, to have revealed the plans recently, at an event in Lagos to celebrate and reward some of its employees.
He said, “Chicken Republic is entering a really exciting growth phase that will see the brand extend its market leadership across Western Africa.
“As part of this growth, we recognise the importance of building people capability at all levels of our organisation and creating a work environment that recognises its achievements with positive energy generating initiatives.” He stressed.
While acknowledging the contributions of its employees, the Chief Human Resource Officer, Claudette Russel also noted that the dedication and hard work on the part of staff, had helped the brand to retain its customers satisfaction focus. Adding that the recently launched customer service vision was successful due to the overall commitment of staff.

The chicken chain recently embarked on an aggressive customer service drive with the launch of its customer service vision tagged OSE (Outstanding Service Everytime). “The success of OSE is solely attributed to the commitment and passion of Chicken Republic staff to delivering extraordinary customer satisfaction” she added
The company therefore noted that it would continue to drive initiatives targeted at improving capacity building of members of staff.
